Pastor Norita Marshall heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and responded at the age of 10 years old. Through many trials and life experiences she has matured in her faith developing into the minister of the gospel she is today. She is a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Capella University. Pastor of The Light House, she is commissioned to carry out Matthew 5:14-16 as the light of the world. She desires most to please God, make His name great in the earth, and make disciples. Pastor Norita as she is affectionately called, administers Pastoral Care and Support, to residents in the Woodland Terrace cluster serving a key role at Exodus Treatment Center, Inc. She serves as the Program Manager on the CBCR Byrne Grant with the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (ONSE) overseeing daily operations, maintaining continuity of programs, and providing spiritual support to clients. Pastor Norita Marshall is the Program Manager for Exodus’ after school program and summer camps that receive their support through the Office of the Deputy Mayor of Education, Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes (OST) where she onboards and manages service providers, coordinates programming activities and schedules, and facilitates capacity building.
